SCOPE BOLEH! It is the motto of our company. We are never that driven or excited as each time we are forced to shout out these words during any of our company's gathering. However, for the last 2 years i am with my current company. We have been sent twice to an off site, never fail that it's the ritual of any company trip (we call it Team Building, supposing to aspire and motivate us to work as a team la) we are forced to shout 'Scope Boleh' with passion. Anyway, Last September from the 7th till the 9th, we were at D'Ark, Janda Baik. When we reach, we were sent straight for classroom training...i remember it was already 12 midnight.
Before this we have been divided in groups and we are suppose to choose a leader, come up with a battle cry and think of a theme for our performance night. Leader have been chosen, our group name was 'BUMBLEBEE'. This is how our battle cry goes.
The 1st days we were quite tensed and stessed out because we were forced to talk about problems that we faced at work. Mostly sensitive issues, with colleagues and superiors. Anyway, we got through that despite being trashed by our Boss. We have to come with this critical plan to improve our team's workflow and progress.
After that was over..we just have fun. Barbeque, performance, games and karaoke, hehe. Our theme for the night was 'Heroes Lost In The Jungle'. So, obviously our performance is based on the theme. I was cast as the 'Selamba Woman' haha. A Superhero with no super powers. It was all fun and we had a good laugh. Overall our group Bumblebee had won 2nd place. Not bad eh!
